DKQ-II型气箱脉冲袋收尘器控制箱（柜）
DKQ-II型气箱脉冲袋收尘器控制箱（柜），荣获1994年度国家级新产品，该控制器是引进美国Fuller公司气箱脉冲收尘器配套的微机控制装置。控制功能具有自动、手动两种操作方式及单元隔离检修措施，自动操作时具有定时/定差压两种功能，控制参数可现场修改。
袋收尘器微机控制装置是我公司与国家建材局合肥水泥研究设计院环保所共同设计、开发的产品。先后研制、开发出《HWB-I》《HWB-II》《HWB-III》微机控制装置，研制了《DKQ-I》。
DKQ-II型单片机控制器，并成功地应用于美国Fuller公司引进的气箱脉冲袋收尘器及单机和组合单机收尘器的控制，以上产品分别列为1993年度和1994年度国家级产品。在此基础上我们又进一步研制、开发了《DKQ-II(T)》和可适用于各种袋收尘器的性能更加优异的《TWK-II》新型微机控制装置。目前我们已研制、开发出6个系列近50种规格的袋收尘器微机控制装置，产品遍布全国各地（包括青海、西藏），并已销往东南亚国家。在建材、冶金、电力、机械等行业有着广泛的应用。此外我们还可研制、开发符合用户特殊要求的微机控制装置。
DKQ-II control cabinet is one kind of PC control equipment with the Air Tank Pulse Bag Dust Wiper imported from America. The control functions include self-acting, hand motion and unit isolation repairing. Within self-acting process it can serve functions-fixed cycle operation, fixed pressure operation and control PARMA adjusted any time.
The PC control system for the Bag Dust Wiper was devised and exploited by our factory and Hefei cement Researching & devising Instruction. HWB-I, HWB-II, HWB-III PC control system and DKQ-I, DQK-II single chip control system were used with Air Tank Pulse Bag Dust Wiper and single or grouping wiper, All these products gained the recognitions as the nation level product in 1990 and 1992. Using this foundation, we exploited more excellent PC control systems - DKQ-II(T) and TWK. Presently, we already devised and exploited six series fifty kinds of PC control systems. These product served China and Southeastern Asia markets. They were used extensively for industries-construction material, metallurgy, electric power, machinery and other aspects. We can also satisfy the special request from user.
